Oh dear, it seems that we made a mistake and somehow managed to leave out the 12th page in our initial release. I cannot express how much I feel like a retard for managing to miss it, as I've read through the damned book a good ten times over and never once noticed that page. Anyway, here's an updated version of chapter 3, now with all its pages intact. All download links for chapter 3 have been updated as well.
